Mold Remediation

At this apartment complex in Bucks County, a tenant found some mold in their bedroom closet.  The property management company called in the professionals at SERVPRO in order to properly remediate and repair the mold damaged building materials.  Our team of experts was able to remediate by removing affected porous materials, such as drywall and baseboard, before treating the framing in the affected area with HEPA vacuums and antimicrobial chemical.  After running additional equipment for a few days, our team then installed new drywall and baseboard and finished the job with a fresh coat of paint to make it "Like it never even happened."
