Here is an example of water damage around the corner from SERVPRO's office at a nearby bank that had roof damage from a storm. The water on the roof from the storm led to much damage inside their office.  We were able to extract and save the carpet just in time by getting there so quickly.  Aside from the carpet, the water damage was so severe it was leaking through the floor into the floor below. Due to SERVPRO's response time, we were able to rescue the carpet along with preventing any other damage to the floor below.
