Water damage to floor and potential mold

We received a call the other day about a basement that needed to be aired out at a nearby establishment because we had bad rain over the weekend.  We got there just in time because there was some mold starting to build up as well.  We needed to take out part of the floor to get to the damage.  While the business was not closed down due to the damage, the owners were still very thankful that we got there when we did.  They said that they've experienced severe water damage in the past and just wanted to be sure that this did not end up the same way.  If your business ever experiences water or mold damage, please do not hesitate to give us a call.
